Your Stay - Day Patients

Please be punctual and arrive at the specified time.

You will be asked to confirm your personal information to ensure that the registration details we have for you on file are correct.

You will also be required to complete an “undertaking to pay” form, even if your account is being settled by a third party. If you are using private medical insurance, please be sure to provide the name and address of your insurer, plus your policy number.

You will then be shown to the shared club lounge facilities, on the 4th floor in the main hospital.  We provide you with all the conveniences you would expect for your personal comfort.

A member of your family or close acquaintance is welcome to accompany you, but guests must adhere to our visiting hours.  Please speak to a member of the team on +44 (0) 20 7566 2601 to establish the most suitable times.
