Your Appointment - What You Need

Please bring the following with you to your appointment:

  • Your glasses/contact lenses and cases
  • Any medication/eye drops you are prescribed in their correctly labelled containers or a letter from your GP listing all your medications.
  • Your appointment card or letter.
  • Your referral letter from your GP if you have one.
