Problems with voicemail services to direct dial numbers
We are currently experiencing problems with some of our voicemail systems, which means that calls are not being connected to voicemails when callers use direct dial numbers. Instead, the call simply rings out and then cuts off. We are working to fix this problem as soon as possible, but please accept our apologies while it persists.
Callers who are experiencing difficulties are advised to contact the main switchboard on 020 7253 3411, where they can either enter the extension number of the person they are trying to contact or press 0 to speak to an operator. Voicemail is working when lines are accessed in this way and you should be able to leave a message if there is no one available to take your call.
